Is the dog man’s best friend? Our dog handlers respond with a resounding yes! Through the huskycamp they will take you into our sled dog’s history and how the tradition of dog sledding originated. How long have humans used dogs for sledding, how far can a dog run and what are the other polar dogs used for?
You will learn all of this and have the opportunity to pet and have a nice time with all our dogs in the kennel. And who knows, maybe some dogs need food, or some will be let free into the big kennel.
Through a husky camp you can take part in the life of the kennel and get to know its daily routines, you will also get the opportunity to ask our excellent dog sledders questions or get to know the dogs you may have gone on a mountain hike or gone dog sledding with.
The husky camp lasts for around 30 minutes, and you meet in our dog kennel.
